Our professional interior designers give you expert advice to help you with room composition, furniture arrangement, fabric and color coordination, as well as complete accessorizing of your home or office.

Here is a summary of how our program typically works:
  • We can work with you both in your home and in the store.
  • Preparation for your in-home consultation may include: magazine clippings from rooms or furniture that you find appealing as well as gathering existing carpet samples, wall color samples, or fabric samples that will still be used in the home along with floor plans, a list of personal preferences such as color likes and dislikes, budget requirements, and special concerns will also be very helpful. Communication is crucial and no concern is too small to mention.
  • In-store appointments are encouraged. Our designers welcome your drop-in visits, but to serve you more efficiently, scheduled appointments ensure special time set aside by the designer to work specifically with you.

THE DAY BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY

  • We will call you the day before your delivery to give you a one hour time period for your delivery.
  • Our warehouse staff will unpack, inspect, and prepare your furniture for delivery.

PREPARING FOR YOUR DELIVERY DAY

  • Balance must be paid in full or upon arrival.
  • We will let you know when we are on our way to your home.
  • Please clear all pathways and remove all pictures, plaques, mirrors, loose rugs and any breakable items from the entrance and hallways to be used by the delivery staff.
  • We will carefully place your new furniture in the truck, and protect it with padding and straps to prevent damage while in transit.
  • Traffic delays, difficult deliveries, bad weather, and other situations may delay our arrival time. Our delivery staff will call you if we expect to arrive outside our estimated time period.
  • If you must leave the house unexpectedly, please call our store at (931) 456-4790 so we can notify the delivery driver.
NOTE: Our delivery team is limited in their ability to move existing furniture into other areas of the home. Additionally, our delivery team may recommend in some circumstances to not install your merchandise, if in their opinion delivery may cause damage to your home or furniture. If such deliveries are requested, you will be asked to sign a waiver of liability, and any damage incurred will be your responsibility.
